Refund Policy Summary

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage customers to us with any questions prior to purchase.  

 

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during transit, there is a time limit of 48 hours from the delivery confirmation to report it. You must provide the following: photographs of the showing damage, a photograph of the shipping label, and your order number.
